The CEO of 3DC, Takuma Kuroda, brings a wealth of experience in functional materials development, having worked in the field after completing his graduate studies at Kyoto University. Passionate about bridging academia and industry, he joined Samurai Incubate to support the business development of technology-based ventures. It was through this endeavor that he met Professor Hirotomo Nishihara, the CTO of 3DC.
Prof. Nishihara, with his extensive research background in carbon materials and numerous patents to his name, shares the vision of creating a sustainable future with beautiful carbon. Together, Kuroda and Nishihara founded 3DC, aiming to unlock the immense potential of graphene mesosponges (GMS) based on scientific knowledge and market demands.
