3D Crystal Outlet is a local small business with a store at Mall of America, specializing in personalized crystal gifts and custom engraving. Using quality optical crystals and green-light laser engraving, the team transforms customers’ photographs into keepsakes designed for individual orders. Customers can choose from shapes such as rectangles, diamonds, awards, hearts, bevels, and cubes, then select a size, add text, and choose a 2D or 3D engraving.

The 2D option places a flat image inside the crystal, while the 3D process removes the background and creates a dimensional effect viewable from different angles. Customers can upload images online, with image quality affecting the final result. The business also offers custom engraving beyond crystals, including personalized tumblers and metal cards featuring names, logos, artwork, or other designs.

Staff guide customers through product and size choices, and the company reports that many orders are ready for same-day pickup; shipped orders generally take about 24 hours to process
