3DL

3DL is a Michigan dental laboratory specializing in precision crowns, implants, and digital restorations for dental practices. Its all-digital CAD/CAM workflow turns intraoral or desktop scans into designed, milled restorations, with typical delivery in five to seven days. The lab reports a 98%+ first-try seat rate and offers a satisfaction guarantee, aiming to reduce remakes and chair time.

Its services include full-contour and layered zirconia crowns, IPS e.max restorations, bridges, custom abutments, screw-retained crowns, implant-supported bridges, full-arch hybrids, dentures, partials, and flexible partials. For implant cases, 3DL works with major systems and helps practices verify components, scan-body compatibility, and abutment choices before production. It also accepts scans from major scanners; analog impressions may be accommodated in limited cases for an additional digitization fee.

Practices can create a free account, submit cases online, and track progress, with no setup fees, minimums, or contracts. 3DL provides responsive communication, custom-shade support, and remote assistance for existing customers. Its website states that more than 500 doctors have used the lab.
