3 Gems Birth Services

3 Gems Birth Services is a doula practice led by Courtney West, a doula and community activist serving Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Manatee counties. The practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves love and empowerment through care, and that birth is a sacred family transition to be honored and celebrated. Courtney supports women through the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods, offering evidence-based information alongside emotional and physical support before, during, and immediately after childbirth.

As a birth doula, Courtney helps facilitate the birth experience for the birthing mother and her family. Her role is to provide steady support as families prepare for and welcome a new member, while recognizing that each birth is an important moment in family life. 3 Gems Birth Services invites prospective clients to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation to discuss their needs and learn more about doula support. Courtney can be contacted by email or phone to begin that conversation.
