About 3RC
3RC is a brand that is dedicated to changing lives for the better by educating, motivating, and inspiring the South African youth and their families. Founded by Kay Cheytanov in 2001, the company started as a creative outlet for her musical career. However, she soon realized that she craved stability and influence, and wanted to make a difference in the lives of young people.
The Rocking Future Career EXPO was born from Kay's passion for performance and education, and it has continued to grow year after year. With a vision to create a continent of financially sound and highly educated professionals, 3RC aims to link educational needs to marketing and social investment funds. Through educational road shows and expos, multimedia and publications, and motivation, training, coaching, and research, 3RC brings together marketers, social investors, and educators to provide the youth and their families with the information they need to make informed decisions about their future.
