3 Sisters Equine Refuge is a nonprofit horse rescue and rehabilitation organization based in Central Oregon, dedicated to helping horses in need find care, healing, and a secure future. Its mission extends beyond rescue to include rehabilitation, assistance for horse owners, a lifetime commitment to horses entrusted to its care, and community support. The organization promotes equine welfare through compassion, dignity, and responsible stewardship, while strengthening the communities that care for horses.
3 Sisters offers several ways to get involved with its work, including adopting, fostering, or sponsoring a horse, volunteering, donating, and supporting fundraising events. Its website introduces the herd, shares horse stories and updates through the Herd Happenings blog, and provides information about the team and its programs. The refuge also sells merchandise, offers event sponsorship opportunities, and supports animal relief efforts, including assistance for animals and families affected by the Bench Fire through the Warm Springs Animal Relief Fund.
