417 Recovery in San Diego is an adolescent outpatient treatment center located in beautiful San Diego. We offer comprehensive, clinically-based treatment for adolescents and their families who are struggling with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, as well as mental health issues. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) enables adolescents to receive treatment while living at home and continuing with school, work, or other activities.

We provide individual, family, and group therapy, along with a wide range of group sessions to address various needs like coping skills, anger management, and more. Our highly skilled and passionate clinical team uses effective techniques and current modalities to provide tailored and individualized care to every client. Additionally, our alumni program offers ongoing support to graduates, allowing them to stay connected to our staff and serve as peer mentors.
