425 Fabrication Division (425 Fab) is the fabrication and welding arm of 425 Manufacturing, serving customers in Rockford, Illinois, Southern Wisconsin, and the Chicagoland area. Building on its parent company’s expertise in CNC machining, engineering, and support, the division provides custom solutions for industrial, aerospace, food processing, mining, power generation, and other sectors. Its services include MIG, TIG, and stick welding, mobile and on-site welding, arc gouging, plasma cutting, sandblasting, and industrial painting and coatings.
In-house capabilities also include CNC milling and turning, surface grinding, sawing, 3D CAD and engineering, solid modeling, and 3D printing. The team fabricates custom equipment, fixtures, workstations, tables, carts, and structural components, and supports repairs and modifications. Specialized offerings include StemPro stemming buckets, the Fire Mule water and fire suppression system, and static display mounting services.
The division operates from a 45,000-square-foot Rockford facility equipped for large fabrication and painting projects. 425 Fab is AWS-certified and ISO 9001:2015-certified and offers project inquiries through its quote request service
