450north is a luxury accommodation retreat on the south side of the inner Hokianga Harbour in Northland, New Zealand. Set within the gated Opara Estate, the property offers Kūkupa, an architecturally designed pavilion created to blend contemporary design with the surrounding native bush. The private, secluded stay is designed for two guests and combines modern comfort with opportunities to reconnect with nature.

Guests can enjoy sweeping, uninterrupted harbour views, native birdlife, and the quiet atmosphere of a kiwi conservation estate. Pavilion features include a luxe king bed with linens, an ensuite that opens to nature, and an outdoor bath suited to starlit soaks. An outdoor fire offers another place to unwind, while fishing gear is available for guests. Kūkupa, kiwi, and tūī may be encountered in the surrounding environment.

450north provides a peaceful base for rest, relaxation, and exploration of Hokianga. Visitors can learn more about the stay, browse the gallery, and book directly through the brand’s website. The retreat is located at 450 Opara Road, Oue, Hokianga.
