4H Health Products (4HHP) is the product brand of 4H Entwicklungs GmbH, an innovative start-up headquartered at the Geschwister Scholl Haus health centre in Ulm, Germany. The company develops products that bring together function, design and health-related needs, guiding ideas from invention and development through to marketing. Its work is informed by consumer needs and the experience of medical experts, with a focus on sustainable products intended to support quality of life.

4HHP’s offerings include Prostasella, an individualised bicycle saddle designed for comfortable cycling; the P-Pad, a seat cushion with a central area that relieves pressure on the prostate region; and M-BAG, a patented, portable collection bag presented as a discreet, ready-to-use solution for emergencies. The company also offers 3F-Coworking, a creative workspace concept, and invites enquiries about franchise licensing.

The team combines medical expertise with product design experience. Founder and managing director Dr. Horst Hohmuth is a urologist, andrologist, sports physician and inventor. Industrial designer and project manager Rui Li brings experience in consumer, medical and industrial product design.
