4 Legs In Balance

4 legs in balance is a therapy practice run by Eva Gerster, a certified animal physiotherapist and Certified Equine Structural Integration Practitioner. The practice supports horses and dogs experiencing problems with their musculoskeletal systems, with the aim of easing discomfort, improving mobility and well-being, and helping prevent recurring or related problems. Treatment may also help sporting animals improve their performance.

Eva Gerster emphasizes sustainable care that looks beyond symptoms to address underlying causes and considers the relevant anatomical structures. Her work gives particular attention to muscles, fascia, and tendons, which can play an important role in treatment outcomes. Animals receive methods drawn from physiotherapy and Structural Integration, described as efficient, pain-free, and understandable.

A central specialty is Structural Integration, a form of fascia therapy delivered as a series of five anatomically coordinated treatments. The approach is intended to promote lasting improvements in balance, mobility, and comfort. Other services include manual and physical therapy, movement therapy, and fascia treatment.
