4 Paws 1 Heart is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless cats and dogs. Founded in 2010 by Gina DeLuca, a Licensed Veterinary Technician, and Diana Rascano, our mission is to provide much-needed medical treatment for these animals and assist in finding them permanent homes through partnerships with local rescue groups. Whether an animal comes from an emergency hospital, a rescue organization, or a good Samaritan, we work together with animal care professionals to meet their medical needs.

This can include treating injuries, infections, heartworm, and even performing amputations if necessary. However, it's important to note that our ability to provide medical assistance depends on the funds available through donations and partnerships. We have clear policies in place to ensure responsible allocation of resources.

This includes determining the extent of our financial support, prioritizing treatable animals, and working with veterinarians who understand our mission. Our founders and Board of Directors are actively involved in a range of activities, from rescue and fostering to community outreach and education. By donating to 4 Paws 1 Heart, you can help us make a difference in the lives of abandoned, stray, and abused animals.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible. Together, let's work towards a future where every animal has a loving and forever home
