4 Points Submission Grappling

4 Points Submission Grappling is a combat sports gym based in the Byford and Darling Downs area of Western Australia. The gym brings people together to learn grappling, develop their skills and build a supportive community. It specialises in No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, with an emphasis on high standards and helping members become comfortable across different phases of combat, including striking.

Training is guided by a head coach with more than 16 years of experience. Instruction is tailored to each student, with a focus on clear, measurable progression regardless of experience or stage of life. The gym’s culture is grounded in integrity, mutual respect, training-partner safety and continuous growth. A free first class gives prospective members the chance to experience the environment and decide whether it suits them.

Weekly sessions run on Tuesday and Friday evenings and Sunday mornings, combining technique instruction with rolling, or sparring. Tuesday is identified as the most suitable class for beginners, while Sunday welcomes all levels.
