4Winds is an independent and user-led mental health charity dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. With a strong track record since 1997, we have been providing a diverse range of accessible mental health support services. Our commitment lies in creating socially inclusive services that challenge stigma and discrimination, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

We prioritize service user involvement and co-production in the development of our services, aiming to assist individuals in working towards recovery and achieving good well-being.
