58 Summits is a Colorado-focused brand that celebrates the state’s 58 mountain summits rising above 14,000 feet. Its website connects people from around the world who have climbed one, several, or all of Colorado’s fourteeners, inviting them to share personal stories and discover others’ experiences. The brand grew from the “Colorado Fourteeners” poster, created to help people locate the peaks and share them with others.
First published in 1996, the poster was updated in 2019 with revised summit elevations and additional mountain-town references, then released as a 25th Anniversary Edition in 2021. The site features climbing stories, summit reflections, and information about the fourteeners, alongside a shop offering the poster. 58 Summits also encourages responsible stewardship of these natural places.
It has supported the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative, which works with public agencies and volunteers to maintain sustainable routes and educate climbers, and has donated posters and funds to support charitable causes. Through its products, stories, and community focus, 58 Summits brings together people inspired by Colorado’s high peaks
