5Dim is a free-to-play multiplayer browser game focused on large-scale space strategy. Online since 2019, it brings commanders together to build empires, compete in seasonal rounds and shape a living universe, with strategic decisions—not spending—intended to determine success. Players begin with a planet and resources, then develop their economy, research technologies, design ships and expand across the galaxy. They can colonize planets, mine asteroids, establish transport routes, construct space structures and manage resources whose value shifts with the game.

Combat emphasizes tactics: commanders can escort or intercept fleets, raid planets, protect trade routes and join battles in progress. Players can also form alliances of up to 20 members to coordinate attacks and defenses, share map vision and pursue alliance objectives. Rounds offer several paths to victory, including victory points, building a Wonder or leading the universe’s statistics.

5Dim is playable in a web browser on desktop or mobile, with an Android app and an installable web-app option for iOS and Android.
