The 5G Media Action Group (5G-MAG) is a collaborative platform that brings together the media and ICT industries to drive the implementation of solutions for the connected media world. With a focus on leveraging global Internet and 5G access technologies, 5G-MAG works on everything from conceptualizing use cases, services, and applications to developing proof-of-concepts and products. The association welcomes stakeholders from the entire value chain, including content and service providers, network operators, technology solution suppliers, software developers, equipment manufacturers, R&D organizations, universities, regulators, and policy makers.

As an independent not-for-profit association based in Geneva, Switzerland, 5G-MAG operates with its own legal identity, funding, governance, and administrative rules. The scope of the work at 5G-MAG is driven by its members and contributions, constantly evolving according to their interests.
