5 Lights Training is a UK-based financial education initiative focused on helping young people build the knowledge and confidence to manage money and plan for the future. Its mission is to make personal finance accessible, practical and engaging, supporting participants in developing habits that contribute to long-term financial well-being.

Through dynamic training sessions and interactive workshops, the organisation covers budgeting, saving, investments and financial planning. Its approach aims to simplify complex money matters and help participants apply what they learn in everyday life. The training also emphasizes responsible financial behaviour, including ethical spending, saving and investing, and encourages young people to make informed decisions about their finances.

5 Lights Training presents financial literacy as a foundation for personal independence and future security. Its educational content also introduces UK financial topics such as Individual Savings Accounts and state and private pensions. The organisation says it is growing a team of specialist trainers and coaches, and invites young people to take part in a journey toward greater financial understanding and responsibility.
