5% Nutrition is a brand founded in 2014 by legendary bodybuilder Rich Piana. Our brand name reflects the same mentality and determination that Rich embodied: the willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. Rich believed that only 5% of all people were willing to sacrifice what it took to succeed at the next level.

At 5% Nutrition, we are more than just a supplement or apparel company; we have become a lifestyle representative worldwide for those who live the 5% mentality on a daily basis. We continuously pioneer new supplements with innovative formulas, staying true to our vision of creating efficaciously dosed formulas with performance and great taste.
From pre-workouts to support products and everything in between, we offer a broad range of premium quality products in most categories of the sports nutrition spectrum. We are proud to say that our dedicated staff works daily to ensure customer satisfaction, and we strive to exceed your expectations whenever and wherever possible. We prioritize quality, working only with manufacturers that adhere to strict cGMP standards.
Our commitment to quality assurance ensures that we consistently deliver safe, high-quality supplements to our customers. 5% Nutrition is not just a brand—it's a lifestyle. We frequently engage with our customers and attend national and international bodybuilding shows and expos throughout the year, showcasing our products and the athlete team behind our brand.
