7Hands

7Hands is an online service that connects families with household staff and helps people find work in private homes. Its listings cover nannies and governesses, babysitters, caregivers for older or ill people, housekeepers, cleaners, gardeners, and tutors for school students, university students, and adults. Users can register, post a vacancy or service profile, and search for a suitable helper or position, with options for online and in-person tutoring.

The platform highlights direct contact between families and candidates, detailed profiles, user ratings, reviews, and video resumes to help people assess potential matches. 7Hands says it checks profiles using more than 26 criteria, which can include contact details, interviews, identity documents, driving licences, online information, and background reliability. Some profiles are verified by phone, email, and documents, while contact information is visible only to registered users.

The service also provides safety guidance and articles, and promotes free listings without intermediaries. Although its main focus is Moscow, the published profiles include candidates from other Russian cities
