Seven Hills Skatepark | Leuven is a skateboarder-run, grassroots, non-profit organization based in Jordan. Our name is inspired by the seven mountains on which the city of Amman was built. We are dedicated to creating safe and inclusive skateparks and public spaces for all youth in Jordan, with a special focus on displaced communities and families from lower socioeconomic classes.

Since our inception in 2014, we have partnered with international non-profit Make Life Skate Life, Philadelphia Skateboards, and the Greater Amman Municipality to construct Jordan's first-ever skatepark. Our mission is to provide free recreational outlets for Jordan's young population, addressing the immense lack of public spaces in the country. In addition to our skatepark, we also offer free-of-charge skateboarding sessions, informal education, and arts programming.

We believe in the power of skateboarding as a tool for youth empowerment, bringing together marginalized youth and fostering a welcoming and supportive community. As a locally-run organization, we collaborate with local municipalities to construct free, safe skateparks throughout Jordan. Our recent projects include the construction of a skatepark in the Qwesimeh neighborhood and the establishment of Alraseef 153, a maker space that encourages creativity and artistic practice.
