The site is an online directory for checking suspicious phone numbers from Russia and Kazakhstan. It helps visitors investigate calls from unknown numbers by looking up available information, including the number’s region and mobile operator. Users can also read comments left by other visitors, which may describe unwanted calls, suspected scams, spam, or the caller’s claimed identity and purpose.

The site’s recent entries include reports about callers posing as banks, mobile operators, telecom providers, or other organisations, as well as unsolicited messages and calls. Visitors can search for a number and contribute their own experiences, helping others assess who may have contacted them and whether a call appears trustworthy. The service is designed as a community-supported reference for identifying and discussing phone numbers, rather than as a guarantee of a caller’s identity.

Its catalogue includes Russian phone numbers and reports associated with numbers beginning with Russia’s +7 country code, with the stated scope also covering Kazakhstan
