7 Virtues Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts academy located in Norwalk, Ohio, serving students in the area near Cleveland. Led by instructor John Clark, the academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training inspired by the Bushido code and its principles of integrity, respect, courage, honor, compassion, honesty, sincerity, duty, and loyalty. Clark has more than 20 years of experience in martial arts and mixed martial arts, beginning with boxing and kickboxing before moving into grappling arts; he is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt.
The academy aims to provide a safe, humble, and ego-free environment for people interested in learning and joining the Jiu-Jitsu community. Programs are available for children ages 5–8, youth ages 9–15, and adults ages 16 and older. Classes include both Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, with striking sessions offered for adults.
