80:20 Educating & Acting for a Better World is an Irish-based registered charity that focuses on promoting popular education on human development and human rights. With a strong belief in the power of education, 80:20 aims to help people understand the shape and nature of our unequal world, to interact with it, and to imagine and shape a different world. They believe that education creates choices, generates capacity, and supplies motivation, empowering individuals to make a positive impact.

80:20 designs and delivers educational projects on various issues such as youth and citizenship, human rights in Ireland and internationally, and working with young people to explore topics like genocide, the arms trade, migration, women's rights, and their relevance to both local and global perspectives. In addition, they offer consultancy services in education and research, and they collaborate with other organizations on network initiatives. Their current program of work includes projects like Let’s Talk, which engages young people in discussions and actions on issues like climate change and conflict, and Catch Them If You Can, an educational project on the disadvantages of the international financial system for the poor.
