World Martial Arts Training Center, also known as The Dojang, is a martial arts school in Kenner, Louisiana. Led by Master George Ferris, who has trained students for more than 40 years, the center presents martial arts as an ongoing discipline and way of life rather than a seasonal sport. Its organized curriculum teaches two Korean styles: Taekwondo and Hapkido, with a comprehensive program designed to guide students toward Black Belt achievement.

Classes are intended for people of all ages and combine physical training with an emphasis on discipline, respect, teamwork, and a positive attitude. The school’s self-defense instruction focuses on developing self-control and confidence, not encouraging aggression. Instructors continue to train to strengthen their teaching skills, and the center points to its Black Belt graduates as evidence of the program’s success.

World Martial Arts Training Center invites students to pursue personal growth through martial arts training and offers information about class schedules, events, seminars, belt ceremonies, and student activities.
