88cutouts is a website offering free transparent PNG stickers, frames, and cutouts designed for Instagram Stories. Its library includes 251 items across styles and themes such as aesthetic, coquette, cute, flowers, hearts, paper, retro, seasonal, and text. Users can browse by mood, explore themed sticker packs, search the collection, or shuffle a selection of items for inspiration. New cutouts are added several times a week.

The site makes its graphics easy to use: visitors can tap to copy a sticker and paste it directly into a Story, without creating an account or installing an app. The transparent images retain their alpha channel, and individual sticker pages include an opacity slider to adjust how see-through a cutout appears before copying. For users who want a more assembled design, 88cutouts also offers a collage maker that turns typed words into cut-out paper letters, adds scattered stickers, and lets users shuffle the arrangement before copying it as one sticker.
