90TEN is a hockey development brand focused on helping serious youth players strengthen their Hockey IQ, build confidence, and make smarter decisions on the ice. Its at-home mentorship programs combine professional coaching, video-based learning, and regular feedback to develop game awareness, positioning, tactical skills, and mindset. Players review NHL, NCAA, and junior-level game clips, explore situational concepts, and receive guidance designed to translate into stronger in-game performance.

The Hockey IQ Mentorship Program costs $50 per month and includes weekly group video calls, expert analysis of game clips, interactive coaching, and access to study materials for ongoing review. The 90TEN+ Game Review plan, priced at $250 per month, adds small-group coaching for up to four players and customized analysis of each player’s shifts. Both programs include weekly interaction and access to learning content through CoachNow.

90TEN also supports parents, helping them follow their athlete’s progress and learn alongside them. Families can request progress updates, book a free 15-minute introductory call, or access a free IQ video clip.
