Project Skylar is an AI field assistant and department workspace developed by 912 Dynamics for EMS and fire crews. It brings department-approved protocols, locations, contacts, training materials, and operational references together in a web and mobile experience. Responders can ask questions in plain language and access support for dosage calculations, emergency guidance, routing, CPR, events, training, and language needs. When answers draw on department material, Skylar provides a visible path back to the relevant source, helping crews review the guidance and its context.

The platform is designed around local department control and human judgment: departments choose the materials in their workspace, while responders, medical direction, and incident command remain responsible for decisions. The application is free, with offline materials and a manual training builder included. Departments can add the AI base package, which includes EMS, ERG, Routing, and Events assistants plus conversation analytics, for $0.60 per EMS call. A 30-day trial is available, and enterprise pricing and custom agents can be discussed for qualifying departments.
