About Art Collaboration Kyoto
Art Collaboration Kyoto (ACK) is an art fair held in Kyoto with the theme of Collaboration with Contemporary Art. As one of the largest contemporary art fairs in Japan, it features 64 galleries from cities around the world. ACK stands out for its collaborations between Japanese and international galleries, government and private sectors, and art and other fields.
The main venue, Kyoto International Conference Center, showcases two sections: Gallery Collaborations and Kyoto Meetings, where artworks are exhibited and sold. Additionally, various collaborative programs are planned throughout Kyoto during the fair. ACK is organized by the Art Collaboration Kyoto Executive Committee and has leading partners such as Mitsubishi Estate, Edion Corporation, and Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores, among others.
It is supported by government ministries, trade organizations, and diplomatic missions, making it a significant cultural event in Kyoto
