A Shar is a Moscow-based balloon and event-decoration brand that has been serving customers since 2002. It offers a broad selection of helium and foil balloons, including letters, numbers, themed designs, balloons with confetti, lights or custom messages, and large statement pieces. Customers can also order balloon bouquets, fountains, figures, flowers, surprise boxes, ceiling displays and coordinated party compositions. The catalogue covers birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, newborn celebrations, graduations, corporate events, store openings and seasonal holidays, with designs featuring popular characters, animals, sports and other themes.

Beyond individual products, A Shar provides event styling with balloon arches, garlands, photo zones, panels and stage or entrance decorations. The team can develop a design around a customer’s idea and arrange installation when needed. Delivery is available across Moscow, with the site promoting delivery within two hours and timed delivery; orders from 15,000 rubles qualify for free Moscow delivery. Balloons are treated with Hi-Float to help them retain their shape for at least three days.
