**C'Cité - Federation of the Blind in Alsace and Lorraine**
C'Cité, formerly known as the Association of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Alsace and Lorraine (AAAL), is a dedicated organization focused on supporting and defending individuals with visual impairments in the Grand Est region of France. Established over 113 years ago, C'Cité serves nearly 600 members across ten cities, working tirelessly to foster inclusion and improve the lives of the blind and visually impaired.
