AAB Aarhus, or Arbejdernes Andels Boligforening, is a non-profit housing organisation providing homes in Aarhus and the surrounding area. Its work centres on offering attractive affordable rental housing and supporting residents throughout their tenancy. People looking for a home can explore different housing types, browse AAB Aarhus’s residential departments and join the waiting list through Aarhusbolig.
Current residents can access guidance on maintenance and repairs, moving, subletting and other aspects of living in an AAB home. The organisation also provides digital services through its resident web portal and app, including access to forms and practical information. Resident democracy is a key part of AAB Aarhus: residents can influence decisions in their department, take part in shared initiatives, elect department board members and represent their community in the organisation’s council.
AAB Aarhus also shares news about housing projects, construction and community activities, and offers information on commercial leases, tenders, employment and support. Based in Aarhus, the organisation aims to make housing and everyday life better for its residents
