AABR Bauru

The Association of Referees of Bauru and Region (AABR) supports volleyball and sports competition in Bauru and surrounding communities in Brazil. Its activities include organizing and administering league and cup events, publishing schedules and standings, and providing technical and refereeing information for participants. The 2026 program features indoor volleyball competitions for women and men, with adult and youth divisions ranging from under-13 to under-21.

It also includes beach volleyball leagues and adapted volleyball competitions, including women’s age-based divisions and a men’s 58-and-over category. Matches and finals are scheduled across numerous towns in the region, bringing together local teams at different levels and ages. AABR also provides technical documents, including volleyball and beach volleyball regulations, general competition formats, and dates for league finals.

Through its refereeing department, the association publicizes opportunities for new referees and offers refresher training. Together, these services connect athletes, teams, officials, and organizers while helping coordinate regional volleyball competitions and develop the sport across a range of formats
