Alcoholics Anonymous Central Illinois District 11 is part of Southern Illinois Area 21, connecting people seeking help with drinking to the Alcoholics Anonymous fellowship and local recovery resources. The district serves communities across central Illinois, including Decatur, Arthur, Blue Mound, Clinton, Mt. Zion, Pana, Shelbyville, Stonington, Sullivan, and Taylorville, among others.

AA is an international, nonprofessional, self-supporting fellowship open to anyone who wants to address a drinking problem. The district helps people find local meetings and encourages visitors to use the free Meeting Guide app for current schedules. Its website also shares information about AA, a Decatur helpline, upcoming meetings and events, and resources from AA World Services and AA Grapevine.

District activities include monthly business meetings, literature access through a group service representative or the literature chair, and opportunities for groups and representatives to participate in service. The site also provides contribution details for District 11, Area 21, the General Service Office, and Decatur Area Intergroup, supporting local fellowship and AA services.
