About A&A Collective
A+A Collective is a global community created for junior to mid-level professionals who are dedicated to advancing Africa's investment ecosystem. This collective was established by and for ambitious individuals working towards the growth of the African tech and investment sectors. The main objective of A+A Collective is to provide a platform that allows young professionals in the investment industry to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another.
This is achieved through a private platform, as well as virtual and in-person networking events, and educational activities across various member locations. With over 400 members from 30 different countries and representing more than 200 African-focused global firms and funds, A+A Collective offers a diverse and vibrant community. Membership is open to individuals working below the partner level in investment and support firms with a focus on Africa.
