Aust-Agder Harehundklubb is a local Norwegian club affiliated with the Norwegian Harehound Clubs Federation (NHKF). It brings together members and enthusiasts interested in hare-hunting dogs, supporting participation, training, competition and social activities. The club’s program includes hunting trials for both hound and small-dog categories, with event information, entry details, participant lists and results published for members and competitors.

It also organizes dog shows, ring training and activities such as blood-tracking and fresh-track trials. Annual awards recognize the year’s dogs across age groups and categories, based on show and trial results. Beyond competitions, the club hosts meetings and social gatherings, including seasonal events and member get-togethers, and provides practical information about membership, benefits, breeding contacts, judges, rules and club committees.

Its website serves as a resource for calendars, announcements, past results, dog galleries and contact details. Through these services, Aust-Agder Harehundklubb helps members develop and showcase their dogs while fostering an active community around harehound breeds and hunting-dog activities
