About Leven in Aandacht
Leven in Aandacht is a brand dedicated to promoting the practice of mindfulness in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our foundation aims to cultivate a path of love and understanding, organizing a wide range of retreats and deepening programs to share the wisdom of Buddhism. We provide support to a community of practitioners that consists of approximately 75 meditation groups (sanghas) in the Netherlands and Flanders, as well as over 10 youth groups known as Wake Up.
Additionally, our foundation raises funds for children in Vietnam. Internationally, we are an integral part of the Plum Village Community for Engaged Buddhism. Explore our website to learn more about us and how you can support our mission
