Aan de slag Kindercoaching

Aan de Slag Kindercoaching is a child and youth coaching practice based in Enschede, serving families in the city and surrounding area. It offers practical, accessible support for children and young people aged approximately 7 to 18 who are struggling with confidence, emotions, school, or social situations. Coaching can address concerns such as anxiety about failure, anger, worry, stress, low motivation, concentration difficulties, bullying, and difficulty making friends or speaking up.

Sessions use play, conversation, and activities to help young people understand their feelings and behaviour, build on their existing strengths, and develop practical ways forward. Parents are involved throughout the process, and the practice also provides guidance to help improve communication and strengthen family relationships. Support is available for teenagers, including dedicated coaching for girls. In addition, Aan de Slag Kindercoaching offers Huiswerkbikkels and Brugklasbikkels training with coach Nicole Rietman of Durf & Doe Coaching, focused on study skills and confidence for pupils preparing for or starting secondary school.
