About AAPIP
AAPIP, short for Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy, is an organization dedicated to expanding and mobilizing resources for AAPI communities in order to foster a more just and equitable society. With a mission to address the current and growing needs of over 30 million AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander) people, AAPIP is committed to increasing philanthropic support for these communities. AAPIP offers various programs and initiatives, such as the National Giving Circle Network and National Network Convening, which aim to promote solidarity, collective action, and resource-sharing among AANHPI philanthropic leaders.
Additionally, AAPIP provides resources like the Giving Circle Directory and Jobs Board, as well as news and media updates through AAPIP Voices and AAPIP Connect. By advocating for racial equity, deepening racial justice strategies, and amplifying AANHPI voices, AAPIP actively works towards creating positive change for Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native American communities in the philanthropy field.
