Aara Rugs

Aara Rugs is a renowned brand that specializes in Oushak, IKAT, Antique Persian, and Oriental rugs made from high-quality materials like wool, silk, and bamboo silk. As a trusted name in the industry, Aara Rugs also offers services such as natural cleaning, repair, and rentals.

The brand's story begins with the visionary founder, Haji Mohammad Ali Rahmati, who revolutionized the rug business in Afghanistan. His knowledge and expertise in rug production, particularly in silk rugs, transformed the industry and led to the establishment of a successful factory. Today, Aara Rugs continues this legacy of excellence in the United States, with Nabi Rahmati and his family running the business since 2010.

Aara Rugs imports their products from their own factory in Afghanistan, ensuring they are child-labor free and providing employment opportunities for women who need to support their families. All items are hand-knotted reproductions of antique rugs, incorporating modern elements and natural colors. In addition to rugs, Aara Rugs offers tapestries, kilims, decorative pillows, and custom-made options. Customer satisfaction is their top priority, and they provide services such as rug restoration and cleaning.
