Aarhusjazzhistorie. dk is a cultural history project initiated by Aarhus Jazz Festival to document and share the story of jazz in Aarhus across a century, from 1919 to 2019. Launched in 2017, the project presents the people, places and musical developments that shaped the city’s jazz scene.
Its website organizes material into three historical periods: 1919–1949, 1950–1979 and 1980–2019.
