Aarle-Rixtel Wiki is a community-focused historical encyclopedia dedicated to the places of Aarle and Rixtel. Launched in 2021 as an initiative of Paul Sterken, the project brings together existing knowledge and expands it through research, with the aim of building a comprehensive record of local history. The site contains more than 5,800 articles, covering topics such as people, buildings, businesses, government, culture, nature, education, religion, and community life.

Visitors can explore entries through subject categories, search for specific information, or browse a random page. The wiki also features historical images and directs users to related local resources, including photo, video, audio, and historical-geography archives. It welcomes contributions such as family histories, old photographs, documents, and information about Aarle-Rixtel during the Second World War.

Users are encouraged to contact the project with additions or corrections. The site provides guidance on citing its articles and encourages care for historic buildings and local heritage
