Aaron's Angling

Aaron’s Angling Adventures is a guided fishing service founded by Aaron McCallum, a lifelong angler and Coast Guard-licensed captain with more than 25 years of experience on Washington State’s rivers. A Grays Harbor resident, Aaron shares his local knowledge and passion for fishing while making the overall experience as important as the catch.

The company offers full-day guided drift boat trips across Western Washington, with adventures tailored to seasonal runs of hatchery and wild steelhead, Chinook (King) salmon, and Coho (Silver) salmon. Trips take place on rivers including the Humptulips, Chehalis, Wynoochee, Satsop, Cowlitz, Kalama, and Columbia. Depending on the season and target species, guests may fish with plugs, bait, floats, spinners, or jigs. Equipment is included, and trips use a heated drift boat. Wild steelhead outings are catch-and-release and use artificial gear intended to prevent mortal wounds. Aaron’s Angling Adventures also provides gift certificates and offers a discount when customers book multiple trips.
