Arya Samaj is a spiritual and social reform movement founded in 1875 by Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati. Rooted in the Vedas, it promotes the pursuit of truth, the rejection of superstition and dogma, and the advancement of knowledge, justice, equality, and human welfare. Its ten principles call for ethical conduct, universal education, social responsibility, and personal growth linked to the wellbeing of all.

The movement presents the Vedas as a source of true knowledge and encourages people to study, teach, recite, and hear them. It also emphasizes worship of one formless, omniscient and just God, love and fairness in relations with others, and freedom within rules that serve the common good. Arya Samaj’s vision is to spread these principles worldwide and foster spiritual development alongside social reform, beyond divisions of caste, creed, or nationality.

Its website shares information about the movement’s history, locations, activities, reform contributions, and community figures, alongside books, publisher links, and media resources
