Åsane Shotokan Karate is a karate club in Breistein, Norway, offering training for participants of different ages and experience levels. The club welcomes everyone from age 6 to 99, with classes intended for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. New members can try training free for two weeks during the club’s January and August intake periods, giving them an opportunity to explore karate before committing. After the trial, members sign a training agreement with a six-month commitment.

Training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at Leikvang Friidrettshall. Members of Åsane Karateklubb can also train at the club’s partner organizations: Arna Karateklubb, Bjørgvin Karateklubb, and Fjellsiden Karateklubb. The website provides practical information about schedules, instructors, prices, grading requirements, dojo etiquette, and karate, alongside club news and a photo gallery. Åsane Shotokan Karate is located at Leikvangvegen 33, 5111 Breistein. Prospective members can contact the club by email or phone to learn more about getting started.
