About AATE
The American Alliance for Theatre & Education (AATE) is a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing theatre education and strengthening its impact in communities. It brings together individuals and organizations working across theatre, education, and the arts, with membership options for individuals, universities, and other educational institutions. AATE supports its community through conferences, symposia, retreats, mentorship programs, professional networks, and online learning opportunities, including a Teaching Artist Certificate and graduate credit offerings.
