Ababhash is a distinguished Kolkata-based publisher founded in May 2002, known for its commitment to fostering cultural practice and ideological resistance through literature. Departing from the commercial focus of large publishing houses, Ababhash emerged from the little magazine movement, prioritizing intellectual engagement and diversity of thought. Over the years, they have published more than eighty titles, with significant collaborations, including works in partnership with the Department of Women’s Studies at Jadavpur University.
