Abbey-Oaks Slo-Pitch

Abbey-Oaks Slo-Pitch League is a community softball league based in Oakville, Ontario, formed in 1985. It welcomes men aged 30 and older who want to play slo-pitch, with registration available for full-time players and spares. New teams are drafted each season rather than accepting pre-formed team entries, and the league aims to provide every player with significant playing time regardless of ability.

Games use an unlimited-arc pitching format and 11 players on the field. Teams typically play twice a week during a 28-game regular season, followed by playoffs in which each team is guaranteed six games. The league also offers Saturday morning batting practice and pickup games when scheduled.
