Abbeywood Furniture

Abbeywood Furniture is a family-run fitted kitchen and furniture specialist based in Mourneabbey, near Mallow in County Cork. Established in 1994, the business designs and makes bespoke kitchens and handmade furniture for homes, combining traditional cabinet-making methods with contemporary design. Its work includes solid-wood and traditional hand-painted fitted kitchens, as well as modern and contemporary styles.

The company also creates furniture for living rooms and other rooms throughout the home, with each piece manufactured in its own workshop by skilled cabinet makers. Abbeywood offers household accessories to help customers furnish and style their homes, and invites prospective clients to arrange a free initial showroom consultation. The design process includes time to discuss ideas and develop a tailored result, as reflected in customer feedback praising the team’s guidance and craftsmanship.

From kitchen design through to handmade furniture, Abbeywood focuses on creating practical, considered pieces that suit each home. The company serves customers from its Cork location and can be contacted by phone or email to discuss a project
