La Asociación de Buenos Empleadores (ABE) es una institución de la Cámara de Comercio Americana del Perú, que promueve la Responsabilidad Social Laboral, a través de la certificación ABE en buenas prácticas laborales y otras actividades. Esto lo hace comprobando que las empresas cumplan con respetar a su personal, con el pago puntual de sus remuneraciones y beneficios sociales, que se ejerza la correcta evaluación de desempeño, pago por mérito, capacitación técnica y gerencial, programas de reconocimiento y ambiente de trabajo seguro e higiénico. Además, se ha encargado de promover, reconocer y difundir prácticas laborales que generan crecimiento y desarrollo de los trabajadores y de las empresas, así como de asegurar que éstas también contraten a proveedores laboralmente responsables, generando un circulo virtuoso para enriquecer su cadena de valor. About Asociación de Buenos Empleadores
ABE is the Association of Good Employers in Peru, dedicated to promoting work environments that boost productivity and values. Our goal is to make people proud of their work, which translates into companies with strong principles and increased competitiveness. We offer ABE Certification, a rigorous auditing process that evaluates adherence to the minimum standards of the practices supported by ABE.
This certification is valid for two years and can then be renewed through reevaluation. At ABE, we firmly believe that respecting and valuing employees leads to enhanced performance. Our focus on productivity stems from this belief.
